We take great pride in our work. From drawing designs to digitizing for machine embroidery, we take care of every step of our patch manufacturing in-house. That means that from a wisp of an idea all the way to the finished physical product, we can make your patch dreams a reality!

Due to the intensive process of designing and stitching custom orders, we are only able to accept a few at a time. This page will serve as an order tracker. While we may not be actively stitching all orders, you can always get yourself set in our wait-list!

Custom patch orders begin at 15$ per patch, and may be adjusted for things like patch size, number of color changes, complexity in digitizing, and other factors. These costs will be broken down in your customs quote. Custom work for bags is priced on a case-by-case basis, dependent on pattern type, material costs for new fabrics or zip acquisition, and detailing such as added ribbons, embroidery, or decorative binding. Bag pricing will be quoted back based on your request’s specifications.

Physical work on custom orders will not begin until the designs have been approved by our clients and you have agreed to our pricing quote based on your specific order. Shipping will always be calculated by order weight at check-out based on current USPS delivery rates.

How does this work?

This listing covers the service fee of us drawing and digitizing.

We will contact you via the email you submit in the attached form with the screenshot of the computer generated mockup of your patch for approval and editing, and then present you with a price quote for the final patch based on size, piece count, and color changes.

This service fee will be rolled into your patch cost!

For example, if your patch will come to $15 total, you will then be asked to pay the remaining $10 upon approval of your digital proof for the patch, and then it will be stitched and shipped.

This service fee is non-refundable, as the service of us taking the time to draw and digitize your request for custom embroidery has been rendered. If you decide not to follow through with purchasing the patch, this fee will not be refunded, as the design and digitizing services have been rendered.

STARTING RATES:

Pricing will be impacted by thread yardage, number of color changes, and complexity of design during the digitizing process. The full breakdown of how your project is priced is included when the digital mockup is sent. These are starting rates:

Patches: $15
ID Holders: $20
Passport Holder: $25
Mini Composition Notebook Cover: $20
A5 Size Notebook Cover: $40

The service fee will apply per image design.

If you want more than one image done, you will need to add this service to your cart twice. If you would like the same image available in multiple sizes (a rose in both 1.5” and 3” widths, for example), this will count as one design, and you will only need to complete this listing in your cart once.

We will not recreate the designs of other small shops. We reserve the right to refuse service, and in the event of a refusal of design, will refund the cost of this listing, as no service will have been performed.
